Shipping

Domestic U.S. Orders:
U.S. orders that are $50 and over receive free shipping.  

We ship via First Class USPS and usually arrives in 7-12 days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Please allow for additional time during peak holiday periods. USPS increases rates for November and December which our postage accounts for. 

Pins by Ferris is not responsible for shipping information that was entered incorrectly. We are also not responsible for your order once the U.S. Postal Service tracking is updated to Delivered. 

International and Canada Orders:
We ship internationally via USPS for a $20.00 flat rate usually unless our postage shows it exceeds this amount. Canadian shipping rates have gone up significantly and also require upfront custom fee, the total is $20.49. Those orders can take up to two weeks to arrive. International orders may be charged a customs fee depending on your country's policy. However, we have found this to be rare.
